 Deleted account mistake. User already exists please help

Hi before getting my activation email of Trimble I set up the account with my email thinking that’s what I had to do to download sketch up but it had no licence in the account I then got a email activation 48 hrs after purchasing the software. So I thought I would delete the account incase it got mixed up .so I used the link in the email to set up a new account but it says user already exists after deleting the account and setting up a new one , this is all with in 4 or 5 hrs of deleting the user which was same email as setting up new one hope this makes sense so when am trying to set up new user it says user already exists yet it was deleted I presume I might have to wait 24 hrs . 

please help
