 Email Notifications Not Being Received by Some Project Users

Hi Trimble Community,

Some users in our project are not receiving email notifications, even though they have them enabled in their settings. We have checked their configurations, and everything seems to be set up correctly.

Could you clarify what might be causing this issue?

We would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this so that all users can receive the necessary notifications.

Dear Moreno,

I have also had this issue with some users in the past. So, to solve this, there are two steps:

  1. Check for any blocks (on your PC, or placed by the IT department) regarding the email address no-reply@account.trimble.com (more information here: https://help.trimble.com/s/article/Help-I-m-not-able-to-find-an-email-from-Trimble?language=en_US)
  2. If the emails still do not work, write to Connect support by writing the email addresses that do not receive the emails (in some cases the support has solved by removing the "block"; probably related to security issues with those accounts); this is the link to write to Connect support: https://go.trimble.com/Connect-Support-Form.html
