The Trimble Connect for Browser app is working fine.
If you are referring to the community post with heading "Trimble Connect down", our Support team is in touch with the people who have reported issues, to get HAR files. In some cases, the issues are already resolved. In case you are facing the same issue, please send HAR Files to our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com) - so that we can investigate and help you.
With regards to your query on exporting data - which data are you referring to ? If its referring to excel exports on the file details , activities list - Connect for Browser will be the only option. Please let us know if you are referring to something else.
