 Field Data not generating a To-Do leading to missed notification.

For our projects we have been using the notification "ToDo Added" to send out a notification when a field crew uploads their Trimble access job. However we are having issues with a To-Do not always getting generated when field data is uploaded. When this happens we don't get a notification that there is new data because we are relying on a To-Do to be created. I am assuming it has something to do with the field data not meeting some requirement in order to generate a To-Do but I am not sure what that is. Is there any work around for this so that we can get reliable notification of when field data is uploaded? Is there any way to get notifications specifically for Field data that I am missing? and if not is there any plans to add notifications specific to field data? Attached is a couple screen shots showing how we have a number of field jobs uploaded but only 1 to-do generated.

Hello Devon,

Trimble Access has been moving away from using the Connect ToDo over the past eighteen months. Trimble Access versions 2024.10 onwards no longer create a ToDo

The job that you can see as a Connect ToDo has either been created by Trimble Sync Manager or by a version of Trimble Access released earlier than 2024.10 

We are aware that notifications stopped working as a result of the change and the Connect team is working on replacing this.
