 Files Update 1 Day Late.

Hello Guys,

 

We are facing a measure issue regarding update date of files on Trimble connect web.

All files modification date history showing 1 day late even though we update current date to us & now it is happening for all users.

If anybody havig same same issue or any suggestion on this issue???

Hi Tushar,
Could you please let us know the following - 
1. In which region (EU, Asia , North America)  are you facing this ?
2. After which action is the "Modified" date checked - is it after uploading files or any other actions ?

Hello Mr. Darshan,

1.)  This is happening on ASIA.
2.)  If yesterday we uploaded one file & today again we dragged & dropped again the same file to th explorer on Trimble web.
      Even if the modified date is same on windows explorere but on trimble web explorer it should show modified as on today's date.
      But it is showing us yesterday's date.

Hi Tushar,
When the file is reuploaded today from Connect for Browser , is the version update happening? 
Could you please check this and share the file and project details (File ID, Project ID) with our Support Team (connect-support@trimble.com)  with the file version update results.
