Recently, I have been struggling with the problem of scanning objects in trimble connect ar. Usually, after loading the model, the first thing that was done was scanning the room. TC was building a grid of objects so that it was possible to refer to them.
For unknown reasons, the program currently skips this step and prompts you to insert the model immediately. Theoretically, everything works except for functions that use real objects, e.g. the measurement real to model is impossible to perform because you cannot refer to real objects.
I tried to force a scan by selecting alignment and then plane, but it doesn't work either. The program forces me to select the first wall while any wall is recognized (the grid is not existing)
Has anyone had this problem? I restored Hololens to factory settings, but that didn't help either.
