Hi all, I am new in Trimble Connect and I using the personal version. The project that I am working on, has already 5 users. However, I would like to remove one of them and replace it for another one. I removed the user, however, when I want to create the new user, the app says that it is necessary to upgrade to a higher version. I think, it is recognizing the removed user as a one of the 5 allowed user. I wonder how could I do to add the new user instead of the remover user to maintain the 5 user allowed. I appreciate any help about it. Thank you.
Hi Edgar,For a personal user license only 5 user invites are allowed. Once the invites are sent, its not possible to replace with another. RegardsDarshan Kamat
