 I upgraded to Trimble for Business two month agoo but I still can't create new project

Hello, two month agoo I upgraded to Trimble Connect for Business but I still can't create new project because Trimble continue to ask me the Upgrade.
Trimble is unusable for new project and my work is still.
Please help me to resolve it!

Could you please send your userID details and the mode through which the upgrade to Trimble Connect for Business was done to our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com) so that we can investigate.
