Hi,
While I have found a way to setup a filter to display the critical path, it raised a few questions, as follows.
For reference, I use version 11.1 MR3.
1. There doesn't seem to be an option for "longest path", as can be found in Primavera P6. Have I missed an option?
2. In the panel Tools > Options > Activity, there is an option "Activity is considered as critical if its free float is smaller than:". Critical activities are normally assessed against total float, not free float. That said, it seems Tilos is actually considering total float when applying this setting. Is this just a typo in the settings panel?
3. In the panel Tools > Options > Activity, when the parameter "Activity is considered as critical if its free float is smaller than:" is set to a value greater than 0, Tilos seems to change to 0 any total float smaller than the value entered in this parameter. Is that right?
4. Is there an option so critical paths are calculated independently for each sub-project? I am working on a project which has 3 separable portions, each with a specific practical completion date. Whilst I tried many options, I was unable to properly filter the critical paths for the first two separable portions.
5. It is often useful to filter out As Late As Possible activities from a critical path. However, it seems that the parameter "Placement" is not available to use as a criteria in the filters. Can this be set up in a different way?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
