Trimble Connect User Forum

We have many IFC models exported out of archicad... One of those models is the project gridlines. The gridline model has always displayed in trimble connect when I open it. As of yesterday when i open the gridline model  it blinks on then becomes invisible. It behaves this way with or without other models opened. Nothing has changed with this model. Everyone else who logs into the project can view the gridline model just fine... All of the other IFC models in the project open and behave as expected. Just the gridline model is not working correctly for me. I uploaded a new gridline model with a different name - It behaves the same way. I have uploaded other IFC models since this problem started and they all work as expected.
-- Note this is with the browser version and the same thing happens using Chrome and Edge. Also I deleted the local cache which did not help. The gridline model show up fine in the Desktop version.

Any Thoughts??
