 IFC models not aligned in Trimble Connect Viewer

I have an issue where models seem to be placed at the wrong location in the Trimble Connect viewer. When I download the models and add them to an IFC viewer, the models are aligned perfectly. I tested with BIMCollab Zoom and Solibri. Any ideas on what causes this, how to resolve it, ...?

We had this issue sometime back . It was resolved. Could you please check now. If the problem persists, could you please send the project / model details to our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com).
