import wrong duration (excel → tilos)

Hello everyone,

im struggling with imported activity durations. I have prepared information in an excel sheet and im importing this date to the Tilos. When it´s imported, the duration is wrong (example: in excel - 3 days; in Tilos 6 days.), the End date is not correct and also the End time (10hours/day (6:00 - 17:00), but the end date shows at 12:00 even though it sould end at 17:00).

I tried check a setting in Option, cell settings, calendars, format of imported data. But i didnt figureit out whats wrong :( .

Does someone of you have some advice please?

I´ll appriciate any advice or thoughts. Thank you.

Hi Jana, I would say there is an inconsistency in the ‘day definitions’ and/or ‘time types’. I would suggest searching for the error as follows:

just import START and END via excel exchange, perhabs with fixed values, but without duration. then i'd check for the calculated DURATION in Tilos, depending on the calendar.
