Invitations not sent

I have a problem....
Trimble connect has now decided that I cannot send invitations
I get this error. Any ideas of how to get this sorted out?

Hi Ian,
You seem to have license needed to send invitations. Could you please send the project details from where you are seeing this message. Please send it to our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com).

Did you get a response to this? I'm having the same issue.
Might be useful to post the fix to this thread so it comes up when people google it
