 Issue with 2 Step Authentication

I have a user who mistakenly signed up for two-step authentication while signing in on the mobile app. Now he is unable to log in to Connect. I had him reset his password, but it still wants authentication through an app. I had him install Google Authenticator, but it needs a QR code that he doesn't have.

What are our options for getting back into Connect Mobile?

Hi Ryan,
Could you please share the user email address for which this was setup to our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com) . Also could you please let the Support team know if the user has lost access to the device on which the MFA was setup?
