I'm having problems downloading files from my R10 base into the TSC5 collector. I've done it several times in the past, but yesterday I ran 2 OPUS sessions trying out multiple bases. First downloads from the R10 and R12i came in no problem, but in the afternoon when I tried to download from the R10 it froze and wouldn't finish. Waited 15-20 minutes and it was still at the same percentage so I canceled out and went to the R12i. Had the same issue, rebooted my collector and that didn't make a difference. This morning I tried the workaround with the cable and I was able to import from the R12i but not the R10. Has anyone else had a similar issue and did you find a solution?
