ich beschäftige mich mit einem Problem, für das ich bisher noch keine Lösungen finden konnte.
Ich möchte die Dauer eines Vorgangs auf Grundlage der Arbeitsmenge und der geplanten Leistung berechnen lassen, siehe Beispiel unterhalb. Die Arbeitsmenge wird in Einheiten angegeben. Soweit so, so klar. Der Haken hierbei ist jedoch, dass bei der Berechnung der Dauer berücksichtigt werden soll, dass eine neue Einheit erst begonnen werden soll, wenn diese auch vor Schichtende abgeschlossen werden kann. Kann eine Einheit nicht in Gänze vor dem Schichtende fertiggestellt werden, soll eine neue Einheit erst in der nächsten Schicht/Arbeitstag begonnen werden.
Beispiel:
Geplante Leistung: 0,45 h/Einh
Schichtzeit: 8h
Ist: Anzahl Einheiten je Schicht: 3,6 Einh/Schicht
Soll: Anzahl Einheiten je Schicht: 3,6 Einh/Schicht --> Abrunden auf 3,0 Einh/Schicht
Ich hoffe ich konnte mein Problem soweit verständlich vermitteln und vielleicht kann mir sogar jemand bei meinem Problem weiterhelfen?!

I have a problem with calculating the duration of tasks and as of now I wasn´t able to find a solution for this specific problem.
I want to calculate the duration of a task by using the workload and the target performance. So far this is working fine. But the catch is that I want to use "units" as the units for the workload and every unit needs to be finished before the end of the shift. If a unit cannot be finished before the end of the shift, it should not be started.
Example:
target performance: 0,450 units/h
shift: 8h
units finished per shift: 3,6 units/shift --> that´s how Tilos usually calcualtes the duration; what I want is that the "units finished per shift" in this case gets adjusted downward to the next fully finished unit so that it would calculate with 3 units finished.
Since I am using the german Tilos adaptation I am not sure if I am using the proper terms but I hope you can relate to my problem.
Maybe someone has an idea how to cope with this problem or maybe has a workaround to make it work.
