Hello,

Over the past few years,I have reported several times through various channels that the Korean language in the Connect App is not properly displayed in viewers, reports, etc.

Of course, there are some improvements.
CAD Viewer and 3D Viewer can now display relatively more Korean characters than before.
But that doesn't mean it displays all Korean drawings. Even if the font is a drawing created with a CAD default font or a Windows default font.
It also took quite a bit of time and requests to be able to display Korean annotations in the 3D viewer.

However, there is still no improvement in the 2D viewer.
Korean continues to be broken, and because of this, PDF drawings, dwg drawings, MS Office documents, BCF reports, and even when creating markers for ARMR, all Korean characters including the marker name and description, are not displayed or are output as symbols rather than characters.

For Point Cloud data, the file name must be created with a English, and the PC storage path must not include Korean.
Point cloud data in the Korean path is not uploaded to the Windows app.

BCF reports created with Korean names cannot be downloaded.
What else is there? External reference drawings with Korean names are not loaded in the CAD viewer or 3D viewer.

Does this only apply to Korean characters?
Connect supports Korean language in the UI.
When Connect app release a new feature, I test the feature assuming that Korean will break, too.

The good features that Connect is implementing and newly launching give me great confidence when dealing with customers as an engineer who provides solutions in local channels.

I also greatly applaud the direction Connect is moving in.

However, when looking into the details, there is always the question of whether local customers will be able to actively use this app as a collaboration and communication app, taking into account the language breakdown phenomenon.

Unless the Connect App is no longer a newly launched app, I think the practice of supporting Korean only in some functions should be stopped.
