 Mobile manager login issues

Hi all,

We've recently started seeing issues with mobile manager. We’ve been getting logged out of the mobile manager while in the field and aren't able to log back on.

When trying to log over a data connection in, the page times out and we see an error message "id.trimble.com took too long to respond". We can e.g. stream videos so the device definitely has internet connection but strangely we are able to log in to mobile manager over a wifi connection without issue.

Unfortunately a wifi is virtually never an option at our sites and it also seems to be logging us out as soon as we lose that connection, so all our DA2 trimble devices are essentially unusable until this is resolved.

Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated!
