The next release of Tilos is scheduled for December if testing goes well.
The current release is 11.1 MR3

For working on the same file: are the versions 11.1 MR1 and 11.1 MR3 compatible?
If not completely, where could there be limitations?

Hi Liliana,

The file formats MR 11.1 & 11.3 are not compatible. 11.3 will reconfigure the file with some prompts.

The biggest impact I experienced was the Summary Activities will being lost and view presets.

I would suggest you save a copy of the 11.1 file.
