Objects are shown different then in Solibri

Hi,

We are a company that makes drawings in HSB-cad, but lately we are getting complaints about object not showing. In the picture is shown that 2 holes are not showing in Trimble, but in solibri you can see them. Both are exacly the same IFC models. Im new to the forum, i dont know how to add the IFC model.

fwiw I get the same (wrong) result, in both desktop and web viewer. The holes are there (on the other side) but aren't cut out of one of the faces.
We sometimes have a similar problem Tekla Structures sometimes when the cutout volume (cilinder in this case) is flush with the face. It's fixed by making sure the cutout volume potrudes a bit.
