My understanding is yes they can. But if any members change within the Organizer Group, only someone with a Business Premium account can update the group, so as the quantities and colors reflect the update.
For example, if you are coloring all W16x31 members red. If, within a new upload of the model associated with the Organizer Group, more W16x31 members are added or current profiles changed to be W16x31, these would not be colored red until the group is updated. You need a Business Premium account to do this.
Once the group is updated, the updated colors are visible to all.
