I\m trying to set up some activities with different working rates in different areas of a job, but am finding it difficult to achieve.
I'll try to be as broad as possible:
I have a 10,000m long job which is to have vegetation clearing, tree removal and associated works taking place.
I'd like to specify different work rates for different areas of the job, that automatically apply to activities as they're added, for example:
Chainage 0-2,000 to be hand clearing with a working rate of 100m per day
Chainage 2001-5,000 to be machine clearing with a working rate of 500m per day
Chainage 5,001-6,000 to be a sensitive area with a working rate of 50m per day
Chainage 6,001 to 10,000 to be machine clearing with a working rate of 500m per day
I'd like to have one clearing activity from Chainage 0-1000 that has different work rates based on those sections (or sectors).
I've tried setting up different sector types and different sector profiles with those criteria and even a single profile with different entries, but nothing seems to work.
Does anyone have any idea how I can achieve this?
