Trimble Connect User Forum

Hi, this post might be more appropriate in Infraworksforums, but I have also posted a thread there. 

I use Trimble to construct my roads models. (Both in Civil 3D with a Novapoint plugin, and in Quadri it selfe). Than I convert it to mesh in civil 3D so that I can texture them, which I have to do in Civil 3D. This is not a optimal workflow.
Therefor I am looking for a way that makes it possible to import 3D model files from Quadri into Ifraworks in a way that lets me texture the models inside of Infraworks. To texture inside of Infraworks seems to only be possible with 3D-models that are constructed in Civil 3D, not in Quadri. It is not possible to texture dwg. files exported from Quadri (inside Infraworks), so I tried IFC, but these models does not show up in Infraworks at all. Have anybody any experience with this? Is it possible to find a format or way to import it that makes the model possible to texture in Infraworks? (A better workfolw)
