I have created and shared a Trimble Connect model for a project. When in Trimble Connect, after selecting a part, there is no reference number for that part displayed. I can see the material, profile, and other information about the part, but the specific part number from my model is not displayed in Trimble Connect. Any ideas on how to get this to display? I believe it must be something in the way I am exporting from Tekla Structures to Trimble Connect, but not sure exactly what's causing this.
You need to setup your export options in Tekla, add Assembly Mark Position and Part Mark Position into your ifc export setup.
