 Revit file is not available in the server after it was uploaded to TC using Revit plug-in

Hi all. I am working in a Trimble Connect project and an team user has tried to upload a revit file using the Revit plug-in, as we were suggested by the trimble connect team as the best way to upload Revit file to TC. However, this team user has uploaded this file twice, but nobody in the team is able to see the Revit file new version using either TC windows or TC browser. We has followed all the instructions to upload the file and a box is showing at the end of this procedure saying that the uploading process is in a 100% progress. I don't know if we need to wait for a time for the file to be availabla in the server.

Please, if you have some help or advice to troubleshooting this issue.
