Rotate object by 90 deg on axis Y

Hi ,

Is it possible to rotate all model by 90 deg on Y axis.

I'm trying to perform api command on a specific view camera and set its properties:

    upX: 0,
    upY: 1,
    upZ: 0,
  };

But it seams to have no impact on rotation of the view.
Even on response i get:

Cause some of the elements that we manufacture we are prefabricating it in horizontal manner and factory workers would like to see it that way and not how its being modeled and standing on site.
