stuck on saving

I tried to save a drawing in Trimble from my I pad so I could access it from my desktop. It's now been suck on that screen for more than an hour with it saying saving. I can't leave the screen or utilize any of the functions.

Are you using Trimble Connect Mobile on iPad, or SketchUp for iPad? If it's SketchUp, you will get much better help from SketchUp
