 Text Markup on TC for Web

Hi,

I created some text markups on the TC 3d viewer (web version), and saved them all. However, once I closed the TC and came back the day after, all markups were gone. Is it possible to somehow save them on the model viewer permanently?

Had you saved the text markups in 3D Views ? 
If yes, are the 3D views not showing the markups now? Ideally they should , but if they are not, could you please share the project and view details with our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com) .
