Hi,
I imported a TILOS schedule into Trimble Connect, and it appears as expected in the Organizer. I then linked BIM objects to the corresponding tasks in the TILOS schedule according to the documentation.
The linking seems to work partially:
- When I select a task in the Organizer, the linked BIM object is correctly highlighted/selected in the 3D view.
- However, when I select the linked BIM object in the 3D view, the corresponding task is not selected in the Organizer.
According to the documentation, the selection should work in both directions, but I am only seeing the task-to-object selection working.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is there an additional setting that needs to be enabled for object-to-task selection, or could this be a limitation or bug in the current version?
I also have another question related to the imported TILOS schedule.
After importing the schedule, a new user-defined property set was automatically added to the library. This property set contains the TILOS task attributes, such as ID, Start Date, End Date, and other schedule-related information. These properties can be viewed by opening the Properties panel for a task in the Organizer.
The same property set can also be manually added to BIM objects. However, when I open the Properties panel of a linked BIM object, all of these fields are empty.
Is there a way to automatically transfer or synchronize the task properties from the TILOS schedule to the linked BIM objects? Or is the property set only intended to store schedule information at the task level?
Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
