 Timble connect is in offline mode

Hi all,

Just recently all our users started slowly getting the following message:

What we've tried:
-Disabled all firewalls
-Attempted to start the application off of the corporate network

-Uninstalling and reinstalling to the latest version

It started off as a couple of users and have expanded to nearly all users.

We are on Windows 10 and 11 devices desktops and laptops.

Users start the application, get prompted to sign in, successfully do so on the browser that appears, then still get this error.

Any ideas?
