I have setup a Lenovo Tab M10 HD with Android Version 10. I have installed the Trimble Connect mobile app. I have configured an IC file in Trimble Connect on my desktop and created a project and loaded to the cloud. I have setup a 2nd user and logged in on the mobile app however I cannot bring up the image of the 3D model when I choose launch. I have downloaded the data. The screen just shows white with some icons but no model.
When I try the same on my mobile phone which uses Android I can bring up the image of the 3D model and manipulate it. My phone is using Android Version 12. So it works ok on my phone.

Hi Sam,
One possible reason for this is the complexity of the model. We generally recommend Android 11 and above . The 3D Viewer on Connect for Mobile works best with the latest Android version.
