We've been having a variety of problems over the last few weeks. I really wish they'd stick to the weekends for whatever updates they're trying to do.

Trimble Connect is 100% down we can not access to any project (European Server).
This is critical, Trimble needs to tell us what is going on asap.

Everything seems to be working again.
Message from support: We have had a partial outage in Europe server. Our development have investigated the issue and resolved it.Trimble Connect EU server is working fine now.
Today Trimble Connect is extremely slow to load projects and to load the explorer.
It takes 3min to load projects and 10min to load the explorer inside a project.
Am I alone in this situation?

The same here now as earlier this week. Not able to even open the main view with the projects.
Do you all know if Trimble has a SLA ( service level agreement) percentage, like any other cloud based service?
AWS guarantee a 99,99% availability for example.
We can not rely our company process on services that are not reliable

Good morning. I no longer have access to the Europe server from the web interface on my office computers. Customers with whom I share access can no longer access files shared on the Trimble platform. This is very damaging to the flow of our work. Can you tell me what to do. How do I contact support to find out if this problem will be resolved? Thank you in advance for your help
