Trimble Connect I-pad app won’t open files

I have several TC mobile users on I-pad that cannot open PDF files from a library folder. They see the files but when they click on them and it starts to open them it just hangs up. I am able to open this same file on my I-pad. I have verified that they should have appropriate privileges to open. If this was in the web application I would say they have pop-ups and redirects blocked but not in the iPad app. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
