Hello,
One user I work with does not receive notifications from any project from Trimble Connect, he does receive invitations, but none of instant or daily digest mail (not in the spam box either). He is the only one in its company to have this issue, any idea of what could go wrong ?
If anybody had this issue before and successfully resolved it, I would gladly inform him how to do so..

Could you please send the user's email address and any one project name from which the user is expecting emails to our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com) . We will investigate and get back.
