Hello there, I have created views through Trimble connect web browser and assigned to my foremen. They used to be able to "open view" through email and it would bring them to the view. For whatever reason it now brings them to the view but all models "fail to load" where as if I do it on my desktop it works flawlessly. Everything worked fine a week ago, just curious as to what happened? Thank you
Hello,Are you by any chance using iPads? We've got the same issue on our iPads aswell.
We've narrowed it down to an issue with the release of IOS 18.3, which released last week. A fix on their end is expected in like 6 weeks.
