 Trimble Connect won't allow me to upload Sketch Up file

My Trimble Connect will not accept files uploaded from Sketch Up Pro. Any solutions?

Hi Jay,

Could you please make a screen capture of your workflow (where you are facing issue)  and send to our Support team (connect-support@tirmble.com) - so that we can investgate.
