 Trimble Download Restriction

We share sometimes Ifc models with our clients through Trimble Connect. However, we don't want them to download these models; we only want them to view these models. Is such a restriction possible?

Hi Master Steel,
Yes this is possible but only when they are not member of your project.
When they are member, you can set the folder to 'read only' but they can view and download. 

Options:
- Don't add them to team, use the share button. 'any user with the link' or 'shared user with the link'. Sign the 'view only' option.
- Add them to your team, but do not share (view-rights) all folders for the whole projectteam. Use the same share functions as above.

Hello,

Trimble changed something with sharing links. It is not possible anymore, to share and forbid the download. Only QR-Code with link is possible with no preferences. When sharing this link, the receiver has to join the team and now can download the models, which we don't want to.

Please give back the share possibility for non registered users. Or let the admin set details, what Read-Only-Users can do and cannot do.
