 Trimble for Revit 2021 Plugin Error

With any model loaded, I get this error:

"Notice: Failed to use hard drive. Please check hard drive accessibility and free space. Process will stop."

How can I fix this? I have a Business+ Account and cant not use Trimble for Revit because of this error.

Could you please send a screenshot of the error with the plugin version and device details to our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com) .

i have the same error after installing the trimble add on in a new computer
