I have been using Trimble for the last 18 months or so without issue, but this week, I have noticed a problem related to zip downloads of multiple files. If I select two or more files/folders, Trimble automatically zips them up for download. I can download without issue, but as of this week, when I try and extract or open the zip file, it tells me that the file is invalid. If I download the files individually, I have no problem. If I direct download a zip file that a user has uploaded as a zip file, I can open that with no issue also. However, when the platform zips up multiple files, I cannot open or extract that zip file. This has not been a problem until this week, so has there been an update that has caused this error? What is the best way to fix this? Please help. Thank you!
