HI there,
I keep getting this error on trying to create a new job in Sync Manager. It seems to be unable to sync with the connect cloud file explorer. No amount of updating / exiting or restarting seems to work. I think it may be to do with the OSTN/ OSGM files that it can't find. But i'm not certain.
Has anyone experienced this and can you tell me how to resolve it?
