Hi, 

We have Perpetual Tekla Structural Designer 2020 using Sentinel RMS server. We do not have an maintenance on these licenses anymore.
We are decommissioning the Windows server the licenses currently resides on. 
Are we able to get a new PAK as described on the link below without maintenance as described in the following article.
