Good morning, I am collaborating with other professionals on the Connect platform and unfortunately I have shared the work space but external users who have registered for free to be able to view the models enter the shared space but are denied visibility of the models, among other things in the Team section they remain in the "Pending" state, that is, waiting even though they are correctly inside the trimble connect space. I checked the permissions assigned and they are correct, so much so that they display the folders but not the model inside them.
