 user status pending even if the user ha created the account

Hi 

when i invite users , the receive the email an create the account , but their status doesn't change and in their trimble they don't see the project

Hi Maurizio,

After creating the user account, have the users logged in to Trimble Connect ?

  • If no, could you please ask them to login to Trimble Connect browser atleast once. 
  • If yes, and their status in Trimble Connect teams page shows as pending, could you please send the project and user details to our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com) .
