I often have problems when I open a .trb file. A message of version check failed appear and I have to close the Trimble Connect and can´t do anything:


I have the last version.

How can I fix it?

Hi Lucas,
Could you please send the following details to our Support team (connect-support@trimble.com) - 
1. Project ID / name
2. FileID 
Could you also please let us know if you are facing this in Trimble Connect for Windows app. 
These will help us investigate.
