Walking tool doesn't work

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with "walking tool" because it doesn't work. It seems to be not available (it appears in light grey colour and not in dark grey as the others tools).
I think there was a problem on the software installing.
Can someone help my, please. Thanks

Hi Eva, do you mean the walking toolbar in 'Connect for Windows'?
