Beginning about two weeks ago, irregular polygons collected by our field personnel are displaying as rectangles on the Terraflex app.
When the data is synced (from the field or office) and viewed in Trimble Connect, the polygons display as the irregular areas that were walked/collected by the field personnel.
As a note, the majority of the rectangular displayed polygons occur within a larger polygon area.
For context, these are basically archaeological feature areas located within the larger site boundary polygon.
This issue seems to correspond with an update that occurred that same week (1st week of August 2025) to Terraflex, but we cannot be certain of the timing.
Is this a new bug that resulted from the update(s)?
Are others having a similar issue?
Any potential remedies or steps that might be taken?
Any help or insight is appreciated.
