We use SX12 to scan every site, but this data never shows up in the Connect 3D viewer. I have also used TBC to Publish my scan data to CONNECT with the Reality Capture extension turned on. I can see the scan I published from TBC in the preview, but it does not show up in the 3D viewer.
I did experience the same issue, it took me a long time to realize I had missed that "Reality Capture" is by default disabled on the viewer.

Good lord, why are there so many things that need to be checked on every time a project is created?
tbh that was my thought as well, I uploaded and deleted so many scans until I found out what was going on.
If I am sure that Reality Capture is enabled for my project, what other steps should I take to fix this problem? I published scan data from TBC to Connect and I can see the preview but when I click in I get "No Models Loaded" same as above.
