I am an IT Services employee, attempting to connect a TSC 7 to our newly acquired ATT FirstNet. I have a known good SIM installed in the device, and have set up the Profile Name as Firstnet-Broadband, and APN as firstnet-broadband (as previously instructed). Still unable to connect to FirstNet. ATT Help Desk suggests that it is a device configuration issue - does anyone have a similar experience? Appreciate the help, thank you!
