How do I permanently remove all reoccurring subscription charges? I've logged into my trimble account, removed all annual renewing product and I still get charged on my credit card. I dont want this software, but I keep getting charged for it.

Is it possible you have a subscription under a different email address?
Hi Ray, thank you for your reply. Prior to my post, I researched my issue and came across the post that you referenced. It is not applicable as my subscription to sketup pro is not listed in my profile.
Regardless, I'll reach out to support. Thanks for that email address-- another thing very difficult to find!
