When i am attempting to sync new data from a TSC3, using Office Synchronizer, the sync process nearly reaches completion when this pops up:
Once this error message pops up, no files are present in the synchronizer window, and the status is shown as "No Connection" under device information at the upper left hand side of the main synchronizer window.
This has happened on more than one occasion.
In this particular case, the collector only has SCS900 v2.92 installed.
Does anyone know what cause of this error may be?
